Your delivery time has two parts: how long we need to get your order ready, and how long the parcel is on its way to you.

Getting your order ready
In stock: dispatched within 2-3 working days
Made to order: 2-3 weeks to craft, then dispatched

Transit time
Austria: 1-2 working days
EU: 3-5 working days
Rest of the world: 5-10 working days
Express, worldwide: 2-4 working days

Good to know
Please check your address before you place your order. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, we’ll charge a fee to send it out again.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes in your country are paid by you.
